Welcome to SmilingDMs. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our charity events, paid services and (future) online store. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • •"Services" means our charity events, paid D&D sessions, community activities and any merchandise sales offered now or in future.
  • •"Store" means the online store (when launched) for merchandise.

  • •For our paid services (booking of D&D sessions, event coordination, etc.) you will be required to submit a booking form and payment as per our published rates.
  • •For the Store, when launched, you will be subject to separate purchase terms, shipping/returns policy, payment methods and inventory availability.
  • •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking or order for any reason (including but not limited to service availability, payment issues, stock unavailability).

7. Charity Events

  • •Our charity events are organised by us in Singapore; participation may be free or paid as stated.
  • •We endeavour to use funds raised and donated in accordance with our mission and any stated charitable objectives; however we do not guarantee any specific outcome or return.
  • •Any sponsorship or donation engaged via our Website or Services is subject to our internal policies and applicable Singapore charitable legislation (including the Charities Act 1994).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • •We make no warranty or representation (express or implied) regarding the Website or Services, including without limitation accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability for any particular purpose.
  • •To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of the Website or Services.
